Margaret Lee (Patrick) Lyalls

Mrs. Margaret Lee Patrick Lyalls, age 81 of Roaring River passed away Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at her home. 

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday, June 15, 2024, at Rachel Baptist Church with Rev. Brian Wiles and Rev. Mark Wood officiating. Burial will be in Rachel Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 2:30 PM prior to the service at the church.           

Margaret was born January 5, 1943, in Ashe County to Granville Dee and Juanita Osborne Patrick. She was a member of Rachel Baptist Church. Margaret was a caregiver to so many in her community for more than 10 years.        

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband; Robert Bruce Lyalls. 

She is survived by her daughter; Angie Lyalls Gentry and husband Jason of Roaring River, one son; Daniel Lyalls and wife Nicole of Cornelius, six grandchildren; Courtney Myers Eller of Roaring River, Tiffany Myers of Roaring River, Gavin Lyalls of Cornelius, Grayson Lyalls of Cornelius, Gabe Lyalls of Cornelius, Jessica Gentry of Wilkesboro, five great-grandchildren; Valery Myers, A.E. Myers, Callie Eller, Kenslee Eller, and Lennon Ward. 

Flowers will be accepted, or memorials may be made to Rachel Baptist Church, 6388 White Plains Road, Roaring River, NC 28669.
